Project Overview
Groomzy is a mobile pet grooming booking experience designed to help pet owners discover trusted grooming services, schedule appointments with ease, and manage their pets’ care through a simple, intuitive interface.
The Problem
Booking a pet grooming appointment often involves phone calls, limited service information, and unclear scheduling. Pet owners need a faster, more transparent way to discover trusted groomers, compare services, and book appointments with confidence.
Research & Insights
Through competitor analysis and user research, several key insights emerged:
Users wanted a quicker booking process with fewer steps.
Trust was a major factor when choosing a grooming service.
Appointment availability needed to be clear before booking.
Pet profiles and booking history should be easy to access.

Learnings
Working on FlickStar reinforced the importance of designing for two user groups simultaneously. Every decision had to support both creators looking for opportunities and businesses seeking engagement, while maintaining a simple and intuitive experience.
